What are NorthSouth knitwear products made of?

All six knitwear pieces (Ivory Heritage Cable Pullover, Unisex Logo Navy Pullover, Unisex Navy Pullover II, Women's Ivory Knitted Pullover, Women's Ivory Knitted Dress, Women's Navy Knitted Dress) are made of 96% cotton and 4% elastane.

What sizes are available?

XS to XL (Extra Small to Extra Large). Each product page links to the men's & women's size guide. The cable-knit pullover has more stretch than the jersey-knit navy pullovers.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery within Switzerland is free (3–5 days). To our Europe delivery region (Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland) shipping is CHF 10, free from CHF 200 (3–7 business days). Other countries: CHF 35, free from CHF 200 (10–14 business days).

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 10 days of receipt, for items bought at full price on northsouthclothing.com. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached, and must be sent with the completed return form and your invoice or order number. Exchanges are processed as a new order. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Are sale items returnable?

No. Discounted, sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

What happens if my item is faulty?

We meet our legal obligations, which may include a refund of the price and delivery charges or a replacement, if the item is returned within reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Prices are shown in CHF and include VAT. You can also shop in EUR using the currency switcher.

How should I care for my knitwear?

Warm wash at 40°C, do not bleach, tumble dry, dry clean or iron. Dry flat away from direct sunlight, and wash embroidered pieces inside-out.

What does the name NorthSouth mean?

It reflects the founders' journey from the southern tip of Africa to the northern hemisphere and a global mindset.
