Here you will find all the information required for exchanging and returning your online purchases.
We will take all the necessary steps to ensure that the item(s) ordered on this site are delivered to you in a flawless condition. Please note that all item(s) being shipped undergo
a high level of quality control before leaving our warehouse. This control may be documented for our records.
If you are not fully satisfied with the purchased item(s) please return it for a refund, any other size or similar item of equal price currently in stock.
RETURNING YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE IN 3 EASY STEPS:

This form must be included with your return shipment.

Ensure that you sign and date the return form.
3) Repack and address merchandise to the correct address
Please ensure that the relevant item(s) with all the labels/tags still attached, packaging and return form is included in the return shipment

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are only accepted online for NorthSouth products purchased directily from www.northouthclothing.com.
Any Item(s) are to be returned/exchanged within 10 Days of the date of receipt.
All exchanges will be processed as a new order. The original form of payment is refunded and then a new transaction is processed for the replacement item(s)
A completed return form must be included with all return shipments.
Invoices or order numbers are required for all returns.
The returned product may not be a discounted/sale clearance item/s. Exchange item(s) must have been purchased at the full price.
The returned item(s) may not be worn, laundered, altered in any way, or otherwise used. The item(s) returned must still have the original labels/tags attached.
Please note that some items have intentional imperfections. If you are not sure if your item has intentional imperfection then please contact our customer service.
When returning a gift(s), you will only be issued with a NorthSouth Gift Card via email. No cash refunds will be allocated.
Shipping costs will only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are numerous items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.
In the event that you find fault with your item(s )and wish to return the item(s) in question, you must contain the original packaging, and all documents received with the shipment.
FAULTY ITEM RETURNS
If an item is incorrectly described / faulty from the sample shown, then we will fulfill our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or
provide a replacement product - providing that the item is returned within reasonable time with a proof of purchase.
If you request a refund from the returned item, the amount of the product purchased (including taxes) will be refunded once we have received the returned item and confirmed with that it meets the limitations and return policy listed above.
You will be held resonsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversions.
The original shipping charge is not refunded.

The reference number of your purchase (if available)
Brief description of the problem that you are experiencing
