RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to know that we care and will do our best to ensure that you enjoy your shopping experience with us.

Here you will find all the information required for exchanging and returning your purchases (online or in-store).

 

We will take all the necessary steps to ensure that the items ordered on this site are delivered to you in a flawless condition.

 

If you are not satisfied with the purchased item(s) please return it for a refund or any other size or like-for-like item in stock.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Returns are only accepted online for NorthSouth products purchased directily from NorthSouthclothing.com.

  • Any Item(s) are to be returned/exchanged within 10 Days of the date of receipt.

  • A completed Return Form MUST be included with all return shipments. Invoices/Order numbers are required for all returns. 

  • The returned product may not be discounted/sale clearance items. Exchange item(s) must have been purchased at the full price.

  • The returned item(s) may not be worn, laundered, altered in any way, or otherwise used. The item(s) returned must still have the original labels/tags attached.

  • Please note that some items have intentional imperfections. If you are not sure if your item has intentional imperfection then please contact our customer service.

  • When returning a gift(s), you will only be issued with a NorthSouth Gift Card via email. No refunds will be allowed.

  • Shipping costs will only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are numerous items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.

  • In the event that you find fault with your item/s and wish to return the item/s in question, you must contain the original packaging, and all documents received with the shipment.

 

RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES

1) Complete the Return Form and include this with your return shipment

2) Authorisation

Ensure that you sign and date the Return Form. All exchanges will be processed as a new order.

The original form of payment is refunded and then a new transaction is processed for the replacement item(s)

 

3) Repack and address merchandise to the correct address

Ensure that the RELEVANT ITEMS, WITH ALL LABELS/TAGS STILL ATTACHED, PACKAGING and RETURN FORM are included in the return shipment

FAULTY ITEM RETURNS

If an item is incorrectly described / faulty from the sample shown, then we will fulfill our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase  price and delivery charges or provide a replacement product - providing that the item is returned within reasonable time with a proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

  • If you request a refund from the returned item, the amount of the product purchased (including taxes) will be refunded once we have received the returned item and confirmed with that it meets the limitations and return policy listed above.

  • You will be held resonsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversions.  

  • The original shipping charge is not refunded.

 

Please provide the following information so that we can assist you as soon as possible:

  • Full Name

  • Date on which your order was placed

  • The reference number of your purchase (if available)

  • Tracking number

  • Brief description of the problem that you are experiencing
